Registration
To complete a purchase you must register on the website by entering the information necessary for issuing the invoice and for delivery. Registration on the site does not in any way oblige you to make a purchase.
Registering speeds up future purchases and, if you consent, allows you to receive newsletters and promotions. You can modify your data at any time in the Account Management and Address Book sections after logging in.
Email and password
To log in you need an email address and a password. If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgotten password" link on the login page: you will receive instructions by email to reset it. We recommend changing the received password to one chosen by you.
Privacy and processing of personal data
This section explains how Ferri Adelio s.r.l. processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national legislation (e.g., Legislative Decree 101/2018).
Purposes and legal basis
- Order management, invoicing and delivery (performance of the contract).
- Compliance with tax and legal obligations (legal obligation).
- Sending promotional communications only if expressly authorized (consent).
- Aggregate statistical analysis to improve the service (legitimate interest or consent, as applicable).
Data subject rights
You have the rights provided by Articles 15–22 of the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise your rights contact the Data Controller at the details in the Contacts section or send a request to info@ferriadelio.it.
Retention period
Order-related data are retained for the time necessary to process the order, issue invoices and comply with legal obligations (statutory retention periods). Data processed for promotional purposes are retained until consent is withdrawn.
Cookies
In our case, cookies are necessary to keep track of items placed in your shopping cart during the purchase process. Technical cookies are essential for the site to function; for non-essential cookies (analytics, profiling) we request explicit consent via a banner.
Types
- Technical cookies: required for cart, authentication and security (do not require consent).
- Analytical cookies: collect aggregated data to improve the site (consent required).
- Profiling cookies: used for targeted advertising (explicit consent required).

Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- In-store pickup: payment in cash or with cards accepted in-store (Visa, Mastercard, CartaSì). American Express, Diners and checks are not accepted.
- Credit card: payments are processed via PayPal; a PayPal account is not required to pay by card. No additional fees are charged.
- Bank transfer: make the transfer within 3 working days from the order; include the order number and date in the payment reference. Beneficiary: Ferri Adelio s.r.l. - IBAN: IT71W0832456400000000614926.
Ferri Adelio s.r.l. may request additional documentation to verify card ownership in case of suspected fraud.
Handover to courier and delivery times
Handover times vary depending on the payment method:
- Cards and PayPal: handover on the next working day after payment.
- Bank transfer: handover on the next working day after the payment is credited to our account (typically 3–5 working days).
Courier delivery times are approximately 1–5 working days; shipping costs start from €9.90 and vary by weight, dimensions and carrier. At delivery, check the packaging integrity and the number of parcels; signing the carrier's delivery document constitutes acknowledgement of the external condition of the shipment.
Warranty
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, Ferri Adelio s.r.l. is liable to the customer for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. In case of a defect, the customer is entitled to restoration of conformity by repair or replacement at no cost.
RMA procedure (restoration of conformity)
- Send a notice within the warranty period via the Contact form or by fax to +39 0383 367446.
- You will receive a Return Code (CDR) by email.
- Prepare the product with original packaging and accessories, indicate the CDR on the package and arrange collection with the courier.
Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 working days from receipt of the goods without giving any reason, except for the exceptions provided by law.
How to exercise the right
- Send a notice of withdrawal within 14 working days from receipt of the goods by registered letter with return receipt to the following address:

- Anticipate the notice by email using the form in Contact or by fax; you will receive a return code (CDR).
- Ship the product carefully packed in the original packaging, complete with accessories and manuals.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. The refund of the price of the goods will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return, excluding original shipping costs.
Additional services
Shipping insurance: you can insure the value of the goods by adding 0.7% of the order value (minimum €3.50) up to €800; above that threshold 0.42% is applied on the total insured value. Insurance covers direct and material damage resulting from transport.
