Delivery Information
ferriadelio.com confirms acceptance of the order by sending an automatic summary e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the Customer at the time of registration.
For all delivered products, Ferri Adelio s.r.l. issues a fiscal receipt or, upon request, an invoice, subject to the provision of the Customer's fiscal details.
Ferri Adelio s.r.l. prepares the goods included in the order and hands them over to the carrier using the manufacturer's original packaging or suitably sealed cardboard boxes or sealed plastic bags.
Lead times for handing over to the carrier are published in the Lead Times for Handover to Carrier section and may vary depending on the chosen payment method.
Deliveries are made on working days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. "Hours" refers to hours within working days.
ferriadelio.com uses an express courier service.
Courier delivery times to the Customer's address are typically 1 to 5 working days; these times are indicative and may change due to force majeure, adverse traffic or road conditions, strikes, or official orders.
Delivery costs are borne by the Customer and vary according to the carrier, the weight, and the dimensions of the package.
Upon delivery of the goods by the carrier, the Customer must check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated on the carrier's transport document;
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet, or otherwise altered.
Once the carrier's transport document has been signed, the Customer can no longer raise objections regarding the external condition of the delivered items.

Delivery type
Standard delivery
Standard delivery is carried out by express courier for shipments throughout Italy with home delivery. This option provides curbside delivery for all products. Two free delivery attempts are included for each shipment. If the recipient is absent on both attempts, the shipment can be collected at the collection point indicated on the notice left by the courier.
Additional services
Insurance: the sender may insure the value of the transported goods by adding 0.7% of the order value with a minimum charge of €3.50 for values up to €800; for higher amounts, 0.42% is applied to the total insured value. The insurance covers direct and material damage resulting from transport, excluding any indirect damage attributable to delay, loss, tampering, or damage to the package.
