Courier Pickup Time

Lead times for handover to the carrier vary depending on the chosen payment method:

• Credit cards and PayPal: products are handed over to the carrier on the next working day after payment confirmation.

• Bank transfer: products are handed over to the carrier on the next working day after the funds have been credited to Ferri Adelio s.r.l.'s account; crediting may typically take 3–5 working days from the customer's payment instruction, depending on the bank and the type of transfer.

When the products are handed over to the carrier, an e-mail is sent to the Customer with the shipping confirmation and the tracking code.
