Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason, pursuant to Articles 52 and following of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days:
- from the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer acquires physical possession of the goods;
- in the case of multiple items ordered in a single order and delivered separately, from the day of receipt of the last item.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised exclusively by natural persons (consumers) acting for purposes unrelated to their professional activity.
How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
Starting from June 19, 2026, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal through the digital withdrawal button available in the order area of the website, in compliance with the new Article 54‑bis of the Consumer Code. Submitting the request through this function generates an automatic receipt of the withdrawal request.

No registered letter or fax is required.
Returning the Goods
The consumer must return the goods within 14 days from the communication of the withdrawal.
The return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, if clearly indicated before the purchase.
Refund
The refund includes:
- the price of the product;
- the initial shipping costs in case of a full withdrawal (up to the cost of standard delivery).
The refund will be issued within 14 days from the communication of the withdrawal, using the same payment method used for the purchase. The seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until the consumer provides proof of shipment.
Condition of the Goods
The consumer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
