Privacy Notice of Ferri Adelio s.r.l.
This notice is provided pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Italian Privacy Code) to those who interact with the web services of https://www.ferriadelio.com (the "Site").
1. Data controller
The data controller is Ferri Adelio s.r.l., with registered office at via Pietro Nenni 36, 27058 Voghera (PV), Italy. VAT / Tax ID and Company Register number: 00158850180; REA no. 127818.

2. Purposes and legal bases of processing
- Performance of a contract and pre-contractual obligations: order management, invoicing, deliveries. (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Legal and fiscal obligations: record keeping and accounting obligations. (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Legitimate interest: Site security, fraud prevention, handling complaints and disputes. (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Marketing and profiling: sending newsletters and promotional communications only upon the user’s explicit consent. (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
3. Categories of personal data processed
- Browsing data: IP addresses, requested URIs, request time, status codes, browser parameters (used in anonymised form for statistics and security).
- Data provided voluntarily: name, surname, address, e-mail, telephone, tax code, payment details and other data necessary to perform the contract.

4. Processing methods and security
Personal data are processed using IT and/or manual tools, adopting appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of data in compliance with the GDPR. Access to data is limited to authorised personnel and to external Processors appointed by the Controller.
5. Data retention
Personal data are retained for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and subsequently for the periods required by fiscal and civil law. For contractual and administrative purposes retention is generally up to 10 years where required by tax law; for marketing purposes retention is limited to the duration of the consent or until its withdrawal.
6. Disclosure and transfer of data
Data may be disclosed to third parties that perform instrumental activities on behalf of the Controller (carriers, payment providers, consultants, hosting companies, payment processors) appointed as Data Processors. Data will not be published or otherwise disseminated.
If it becomes necessary to transfer data outside the European Union, the Controller will adopt appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions) and will inform data subjects where required by law.
7. Data subject rights
Pursuant to Articles 15–22 GDPR, data subjects may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise these rights, send a request to privacy@ferriadelio.it with the subject line "Privacy - exercise of rights".
If you believe your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
8. Legal basis for marketing and withdrawal of consent
Commercial communications by e-mail or SMS are sent only with explicit consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link included in communications or by writing to privacy@ferriadelio.it. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
