Payment on collection in store

In-store collection: if you choose "Store pickup" as the shipping method, you can pay when collecting the goods at Ferri Adelio Utensileria, via Pietro Nenni 36, 27058 Voghera (PV). Accepted payment methods in store: cash and major credit cards (CartaSì, Visa, Mastercard). Diners, American Express cards and cashier's or bank checks are not accepted.

Credit card

Credit card payments are processed via PayPal; the Customer does not need a PayPal account to complete the payment. Accepted cards are those supported by PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, PostePay, etc.). No surcharge is applied for credit card payments.

Ferri Adelio s.r.l. reserves the right to request additional information from the Customer, such as a landline phone number or a copy of documents proving ownership of the card used. If the requested documentation is not provided, Ferri Adelio s.r.l. may refuse the order.

Bank transfer

If you choose bank transfer, please follow the procedure below after placing your order:

  • The bank transfer must be made within 3 working days from the order date, otherwise the order may be cancelled.
  • The transfer reason (payment reference) must include the order number and date and the payer's full name.
  • Make the transfer to the following account:

Bank practice generally requires 3–5 working days for the funds to be credited to the beneficiary's account. Your order will be processed only after the credited amount is received; therefore, add the bank processing time to the standard delivery times. To speed up order processing, you may send the full CRO number and the ABI code of the payer's bank to azienda@ferriadelio.it or fax +39 0383 367446.

Cash on delivery

If you choose cash on delivery, payment is made in cash upon delivery. Checks are not accepted. In addition to shipping costs, a cash-on-delivery fee applies.

Please hand the exact amount to the courier and prepare the payment in advance to facilitate the transaction and avoid issues with change.
