Delivery Information

Ferri Adelio Srl confirms acceptance of the order by sending an automatic summary email to the email address indicated by the Customer during registration.

For all products delivered Ferri Adelio Srl issues a receipt or invoice upon request with the data provided by the Customer.

Ferri Adelio Srl prepares the goods contained in the order and entrusts them to the courier with the original manufacturer's packaging or with appropriately closed cardboard boxes or with sealed plastic envelopes.

The delivery times for the products to the Courier are published in the "Courier delivery times" section and vary depending on the payment method chosen.

Deliveries are made on working days, from Monday to Friday, not holidays. By Hours we mean the hours included in Working Days.

Ferri Adelio Srl uses express courier for shipments.

The delivery times of the Courier to the Customer's home are from 1 to 5 working days and are to be considered indicative as they may be subject to variations due to causes of force majeure, poor traffic and road conditions, strikes or acts of 'Authority.

Delivery costs are borne by the Customer, they also vary based on the courier, weight and size of the package.

Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check:

- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the Courier's accompanying document
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or altered.

Once the Courier's transport document has been signed, the Customer will no longer be able to raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered.

Type of delivery

Standard delivery

It is a delivery made by express courier, to send parcels throughout Italy with home delivery this type includes delivery to the street front for all products. For each shipment there are two free delivery attempts. If in both cases the recipient is absent, he or she can collect the shipment at the storage point indicated on the notice left by the courier.

Optional services

Insurance: the sender can insure the value of the goods transported by adding 0.7% of the value of the order with a minimum of Euro 3.50 with a value up to Euro 800, over 0.42% on the global insured value. The insurance is valid against direct and material damage resulting from transport with the exclusion of any indirect damage attributable to delay, loss, tampering or damage to the package.

Different delivery types

All orders with "Standard Delivery" are entrusted to the express courier, if you wish a different shipping method please contact us before payment in order to correctly define times and costs.
